A biostimulant is a natural growth stimulant. It may contain extracts of algae, plants, minerals or micro-organisms, all of which promote plant growth. Biostimulants can be compared to the vitamins some of us take in the hope of reducing sickness, fighting fatigue or improving intellectual performance.

With biostimulants, the plant is better armed and its growth is therefore not affected by these various stresses such as: too little or too much water, heatwave, disease, insects, etc. Biostimulants therefore work in a very different way to fertilizers.

Working with the soil is important because for the plant, the soil is the factory of life.
